Virtual Yoga Classes
Yoga is an ancient science based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit that originated in India thousands of years ago. Creating a sustained practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, allowing you to find balance and expanded awareness in everyday life. There are eight limbs of yoga, the most well-known being “asana”, meaning postures. At Mellow, we honor this time tested tradition and all of the eight limbs. Practicing asana is the physical aspect of yoga, which is meant to provide strength, flexibility and prepare the body for meditation. Yoga has many benefits which include reducing stress, increase of mental discipline and focus, increased blood flow, builds muscular strength, lowers blood pressure, deepens sleep, and much more.
At Mellow, we are dedicated to offering classes for all levels of practitioners. If you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, you have come to the right place. Our teachers are very experienced, passionate and offer safe, intelligent sequencing for everyone. To deepen your practice, we offer monthly workshops with guest teachers, as well as private yoga sessions. We encourage pre-registering online for classes and workshops. Drop-ins are always welcome.
